Dyar Al Mansour : Start of marketing campaign for social housing Résidences Al Mansour – Zenata

The company Dyar Al Mansour, a CGI - CDG Group subsidiary, has started its marketing campaign for social housing at its Al Mansour-Zenata project located in the centre of the new town of Zenata, on the outskirts of the city of Mohammedia.

The campaign began on August 4, 2014.

It concerns 684 completed social housing units. These apartments of types F2 & F3 have a saleable area of 55 m².

RCAR takes over the internal pension funds of all utilities

With its considerable experience in the transfer and integration of internal pension funds (CIR) of public institutions ongoing since 2002, the Collective Pension Distribution System (RCAR) has now completed the takeover of the CIRs of all water and electricity providers previously controlled by the ONE.

Casablanca Marina

The Casablanca Marina project is the future multipurpose centre created in the centre of Casablanca. It aims to position the city of Casablanca among major business and tourist cities of the region and the world. Its implementation will be part of the revitalization of the entire surrounding area as well as the renewal of Casablanca’s vocation as an Atlantic city by providing a marina and offering its residents a unique pedestrian promenade all along its sea front.

Total investment for the Casablanca Marina project will exceed 8 billion DH and will develop a total built-up area of approximately 468,000 m² (672,000 m² floor space) SHON (net surface area).

The program for the different components of the project includes a marina of 135 moorings, three hotel units, a convention centre with a maximum capacity of over 2,500 seats, a shopping centre of 60,000 sq.m. SHON, a business centre of eight office towers of various sizes (R+5, R+14) and configurations, and including all ancillary business services (fitness, nursery, restaurants, etc.), luxury apartments consisting of ten buildings in R+16 with different configurations and including products with differing surfaces and a large latest generation Aquarium, possessing all types of aquatic attractions and also display areas, restaurants and entertainment. The project also includes two iconic 150 m. towers, the highest in the country.

1.6 billion dirhams granted for financing SME

Chaired by Mr Anas Alami Houir , CEO of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion and in the presence of the CEOs of: BMCE Bank Othman Benjelloun, Banque Centrale Populaire Mohamed Benchaaboun, CIH Ahmed Rahhou, and Laftit Said Secretary General of the CDG, FINEA represented by its Managing Director Ali Bensouda, signed refinancing agreements with BMCE Bank , BCP and CIH enabling them to borrow more than 1.6 billion dirhams, on very favourable terms, to finance investment projects and cash requirements of SMEs operating in all productive sectors of the national economy.
