Territorial development is a priority challenge for Morocco. In the last few years, public authorities have increased their efforts to fight against regional inequalities and achieve the potential growth within our country’s territories. In this perspective, CDG has been able to handle numerous projects becoming a 1st choice partner in infrastructure, tourism, real estate and development, as a designer and integrator.

The Group is developing integrated urban centres, with a wider real estate offer : medium housing, social housing, new commercial concepts. The Group is involved in urban services management.
