SAZ : Renewal of ISO 9001 version 2008 certification
SAZ maintained its ISO 9001: 2008 certification for all its business following the audit that took place on November 5, 2014.
The audit by Veritas Bureau was conducted on the premises of SAZ. This certification audit is notable for the absence of differences and the recognition of several strong points, including:
- The firm commitment by management and drivers audited to implement QMS;
- Its CSR certification project and 14001;
- Its QMS that isrelevant and adapted to the structure;
- Its risk analysis process and its simulations of crisis situations;
- Its marketing studies and focus groups to explore customers’ needs.
