SAZ: Launch of the call for expressions of interest
The Zenata Development Company (SAZ) launched Monday, January 27, 2014 an International Call for Expression of Interest (AMI) for selecting an operator for the development and management of the Health Project at Zenata eco-city.
This AMI will take place in two phases:
- The first phase of four months will screen candidates on the basis of the company profile, motivation, appreciation and understanding of the project and the proposal for its legal/financial structure;
- The second 6 months will result in the selection of the operator on the basis of the submission of a technical/financial bid.
In parallel with the AMI, the SAZ on 16 January 2014 signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health to provide institutional and promotional services for the project.
As a reminder: the future Zenata health centre meeting national and international standards will be located in the first sectoral development plan for the City of New Zenata and will be developed over an area of 10 hectares.
It will offer accessible, advanced and quality medical facilities for the entire population, through a cluster of specialties with high potential, controlled costs and standardized management. The health centre, creating value, wealth and jobs and a priority for the Zenata eco-city and the country, will work in concert with the other three sectors of services with high added value in the city, namely the education hub, the commercial centre and the logistics hub. It will also be a major driving force for the city thanks to its regional, national and international reputation.
