CDG Foundation : Exhibition "RESArtist, First steps in a creative career"
Since its inauguration in 2010, the 3Espace Expressions CDG3 has hosted various exhibitions of different styles (visual art, sculpture, photography, serigraphy ...) and artistic trends (figurative expressionism ...), obeying the artistic concepts that the CDG Foundation has stipulated to mark the positioning of its art gallery, and calling on the creativity of artists of many persuasions and different generations, different artistic profiles.
"RESArtist, First Steps in a creative career," is the name of the exhibition housed at Espace Expressions CDG during two summer months in 2015 led by ten young talents, 7 boys and 3 girls freshly graduated from the two prestigious schools of Fine Arts of the Kingdom, emerging artists of the contemporary art scene.
This exhibition, the result of artists present over nine days and organized at Espace Expressions CDG during the last week of June, puts the spotlight on their creativity and diversity and the richness of their talents; be it painting, sculpture or installation ... This unprecedented meeting has involved the products of teaching techniques at both art institutions meeting today under one roof to celebrate together around a common goal : the flowering of Moroccan art.
The works performed will form part of a competition. Prizes will be awarded to three winners following the deliberation of a jury composed of experts in the field of visual art, renowned artists as well as a representative of the CDG Foundation, the Higher School of Fine Arts Casablanca and the National Institute of Fine Arts in Tetouan. A great opportunity to showcase the talent and the creative work of our young artists.
In the evening of July 21, the opening was marked by the presence of eminent personalities from the artistic, cultural, sports world and journalists. The art gallery Espace Expressions CDG will host the exhibition until August 26.
