Territorial Development

The Territorial Development Branch, whose missions are embodied by the CDG Development holding, oversees the execution of the strategic orientations defined by the CDG Group in territorial development activities. Present throughout Morocco, it actively participates in the success of the advanced regionalization project. The branch, structured in Business Poles, has a vocation of operator and long-term investor, which supports public policies in its various fields of intervention, while reconciling the requirements of profitability and general interest. The branch has carried out many structuring and emblematic projects in key business sectors for Morocco.
