CDG : Agreement with CDC Senegal for developing a project in Dakar

Following the signature on May 25, 2015, before His Majesty King Mohammed VI – May God glorify him - and His Excellency the President of the Republic of Senegal Macky Sall, a Memorandum of Understanding between the Caisse de Depot et de Gestion (CDG) and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations of Senegal (Senegal CDC) on the implementation of the Dakar development project of the West African Business City, a working meeting took place in Rabat on September 4, 2015 between CDG Morocco, CDC Senegal and APIX SA (responsible for investment promotion, major projects and the administration of special economic zones - Senegal) concerning the establishment of studies for the project in question. The meeting was marked by the signing of a new agreement defining the terms of cooperation between the three parties to carry out preliminary studies of this important project for the urban development to be built in the city of Dakar.

It should be noted that representatives of the CDC and Senegal APIX SA on September 3, 2015 were conducted on a tour of the Casa Anfa project and other projects developed by the CDG Group in the city of Casablanca.

By pooling their respective expertise, the Moroccan and Senegalese parties welcome this contribution, once again, to strengthening the excellent relations between the two sister countries, the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Senegal.
