The new city of Zenata is a new town with an area of 1,830 hectares, located at the intersection of the two biggest cities of the Kingdom.
The Zenata project is on a scale that aims to rebalance Greater Casablanca, including the creation of four clusters of services with high added-value: a 10 ha integrated health centre, a 20 ha. education centre, a commercial hub of 120,000 m² of rentable area over 25 ha. and a 200 ha. logistics hub.
Zenata, a city with modern and active services, intended mainly for the emerging class, will eventually create 100,000 jobs and house 300,000 residents while ensuring an optimal quality of life for its inhabitants

Flagship project of the CDG, Casa Anfa, located on the historic site of the former airport of the same name, is an open urban development project that redevelops the heart of Casablanca over an overall land area of over 350 hectares.
The ambitious scope of this project is to provide a new modern urban centre in Casablanca and reposition the city internationally as a new dynamic business centre.
Development of Casa Anfa will be through a set of districts built around a vast network of green spaces, including a city park of 50 hectares, and total building area will cover approximately 4.5 million m² dedicated to homes, offices, shops, hotels and facilities for education, health, culture, sport and recreation.
The project will also host the new elegant business district of Casablanca Finance City, the future international financial centre of Casablanca.
Access to the site will be provided by new roads linked to the city’s highway network, as well as by a network of comprehensive and efficient public transport services, including the tramway and projected subway. Already, the first tramway line, in service since late 2012, traverses the project serving it through several stations. The project also gives importance to alternative modes of transport to the car and provides a network of green routes for pedestrians and cyclists. Ultimately, Casa Anfa will house a population of nearly 100,000 inhabitants will welcome nearly 100,000 workers.
