Mission

As a forest concessions management company, EUCAFOREST undertakes the following missions:

  • Creation and management of forest plantations to improve the quantity and quality of wood production;
  • Management of wooded areas in accordance with established technical, economic and environmental standards;
  • Positioning as a major player in the forestry sector in Morocco, with a strong social and environmental impact;
  • Contribution to the development of forest products from Eucalyptus plantations to satisfy the local market;
  • Production of quality seedlings, selected and adaptable to the region's changing climate

 

In this respect, as part of its efforts to extend its land tenure on forest cover in partnership with ANEF, Eucaforest is embarking on a research project for the genetic improvement of forest species and on a study to assess the carbon footprint of its plantations.
