Mission

CDG Incept is a subsidiary of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion Group (CDG Group) dedicated to the design and implementation of high-impact, innovative projects that advance Morocco’s economic sovereignty, in close partnership with public, institutional, and private stakeholders. As a true engine of innovation and execution, CDG Incept operates as a platform for incubation and structuring of emerging levers, harnessing the expertise of the CDG Group and the national ecosystem to support public actors in achieving their strategic sovereignty objectives. Its name, inspired by the Latin incipere (“to begin”, “to initiate”), reflects a clear philosophy: to initiate, to drive, to embody. CDG Incept carries the ambition to open new fields of action and to catalyze transformative projects that serve the country’s economic, social, and environmental development. Through a cross-sectoral, agile, and partnership-driven approach, CDG Incept embodies the CDG Group’s vision — that of a committed and forward-looking catalyst of transformation, and a strategic partner in Morocco’s sustainable transition.
